An Arnprior resident is facing charges following allegations of sexual assault.
Officers with the Renfrew OPP were called to investigate an call for service regarding the allegations on Saturday, September 5. As a result, a 19-year-old was arrested and charged with:
- Uttering threats- Cause death or bodily harm
- Two counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age
- Three counts of sexual interference
The accused was held for a bail hearing. The name of the accused will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
