Renfrew residents have been asked to be thoughtful when it comes to the public garbage bins in the downtown core.
The town says they have received reports that some of the bins, despite being emptied every Tuesday and Thursday, have been filled to overflowing with full garbage bags and other inappropriate debris.
Town staff want the public’s help in keeping the downtown clean and welcoming for everyone by not placing household or business garbage in or beside the bins.
