Whether you can donate money or time, the Renfrew County Community Poverty Action Network could use your help.
The organization is now fully volunteer run, a change that was made in the spring.
Alexis Sapera, Chair of the Board of Directors at CPAN, says they operate with a core group of six volunteers along with others who help out casually.
The fall is a busy time for the group and they could use a couple extra hands.
They also need volunteers with administrative duties, and if you have a special skill they will even try to tailor your task to your skillset.
If you have time to contribute, you’re encouraged to give them a call. If you can spare a few dollars, they’re fundraising all through the year to fund their various programs.
