UPDATE- 12:15 pm:
The County of Renfrew is reporting that Bell has informed them that most systems are back online and that 911 operations will resume as usual.

A Bell network outage is affecting phone and cellular services across the county, with multiple emergency service agencies reporting disruptions.
The outage is also affecting customers on Telus, Koodo, Public Mobile, and Cogeco Mobile, which rely on shared network infrastructure.
Municipal officials and local emergency service agencies are posting alternate contact numbers on social media while the network issues persist.
County of Renfrew Paramedic Service Chief Michael Nolan confirms that they have contact with all of their paramedic bases and are able to coordinate to meet the public’s care needs.
If you cannot access 911 to report an emergency by phone, you or someone on your behalf can report directly to your nearest paramedic base for assistance.
