Saturday, July 11th is a special day at the Arnprior Legion.
In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion, the local legion is hosting two events. The first is a free community breakfast.
Membership Chair Stacy Mullins-Campbell says it comes courtesy of a grant from Veterans Affairs.
Mullins-Campbell says they hope to see a lot of new faces.
The doors open for the breakfast at 8:30 Saturday morning.
The anniversary celebration continues Saturday night from 7-11, when local band Whiskey Sour entertains in the lounge.
That also is a free event, thanks to Total Strength and Conditioning in Arnprior.
