TODAY: Calling all of Renfrew’s aspiring young chefs! Cooking classes for youth are back at the myFM Centre this summer, led by the amazing instructor, Trish Turner! Kids ages 8-12 are invited to come to the youth centre inside the arena to learn how to prepare a different recipe each week! Sign up online.
TODAY: Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors at Home Program’s 25th Annual Seniors BBQ is back Thursday, June 25th from 12-2pm at Arnprior’s Galilee Center. Funds raised will support programming for seniors and those with intellectual disabilities.
TODAY: The Eganville Legion hosts a weekly Dinner and Dance every Thursday from 5-8 PM inside their Veteran’s Way location. Drop by for a meal starting at 5:00 pm followed by live music. $18+ tax for the evening. Be sure to call to reserve: (613) 628-2802.
TOMORROW: The Downtown Renfrew BIA presents That Summer Night, a late night downtown event this Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm along the downtown core! Enjoy live music, shopping, and dining, plus a BBQ at the Renfrew Legion, and more.
TOMORROW: St. Andrew’s United Church in White Lake hosts their annual fish fry drive-thru, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm this Friday, June 26. TOMORROW: The 2nd Annual Special Olympics Renfrew Golf Tournament tees off from the Renfrew Golf Club this Friday, June 26. Proceeds supporting sports and recreation programming for community members with intellectual disabilities.
TOMORROW: The Township of McNab/Braeside’s Summer Safety Barbeque comes to the Municipal Complex on Russett Drive this Friday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. It’s a free community event with lots to offer, including hamburgers and hotdogs, live music by Khloe B., an obstacle course, face painting, a petting farm, bouncy castle, and more!
