Renfrew residents may have noticed an interesting ride cruising along sidewalks throughout the town.
Town staff say a scooter equipped with a LiDAR scanner is expected to travel through local neighbourhoods in the coming days as part of work being completed to assess the condition of Renfrew’s network of sidewalks.
The data collected will help support future planning, maintenance, repairs, and budgeting decisions, allowing the town to better understand and manage local infrastructure.
