Police in Madawaska Valley say a dispute has led to charges for one of the people involved.
Officers recently responded to the township to investigate a dispute between two parties, locating one of the individuals operating a tractor shortly after 8:00 am on Monday, May 25.
As a result of their investigation, a 68-year-old from Madawaska Valley has been charged for mischief interfering with the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property under $5,000 and failure to comply with a demand.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the tractor impounded for 7 days. They will appear in court on June 30.
