Ultimate Fitness is hoping their faithful Renfrew clients will join them for their next chapter just a short commute away.
Owner Sarah Leighton says they are making the tough decision to close their Renfrew location on May 31. While they love the space they’ve built inside the myFM Centre, downsizing to just their Arnprior location will be more sustainable for the business.
The Renfrew gym has been a second home to Leighton, who says that she learned about community through the members, clients, coaches, and supporters who made it their second home as well.
That community will be helping her through the process of moving the gym’s equipment out next week. While she welcomes her Renfrew clients to join them in Arnprior, Leighton understands the decision will leave the town with one less way to care for their physical and mental health.
Leighton thanks everyone who has reached out in support but asks for their patience as she responds to a mountain of emails she has received since announcing the decision.
