TODAY: Hospice Renfrew hosts a grief support group every last Wednesday of the month from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the Cobden Legion, 43A Main Street. TODAY: The Kiwanis Club of Pembroke welcomes you to their open house this Wednesday, May 27 starting at 6:00 pm at the Kiwanis Fieldhouse. Whether you’re curious about volunteering, community events, or simply want to connect with great people, everyone is welcome!
TODAY: Do your kids love to build, create, and let their imagination run wild? McNab/Braeside’s Jr. and Sr. LEGO Club is the perfect place for them to get creative, build confidence, and make new friends — all while having tons of fun! This Wednesday, May 27 at the John A. Gillies Centre. $20/youth, includes a snack, drink, and a lego set to build and take home. The Jr. Club is for ages 6-9 and plays from 5:30 to 7:00pm, while the Sr. Club for ages 10-13 takes over from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
TOMORROW: The Renfrew Public Library hosts its weekly murder mystery club every Thursday at 5:45 pm. Work as a group to solve a case file from the Unsolved Case Files game. Each file takes a few weeks to solve! For ages 18+. Register online.
TOMORROW: Roast Beef Dinner at the Eganville Legion, this Thursday: Located at 57 Veteran’s Wy in nearby Eganville, dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by live music
TOMORROW: Thursdays are Badminton day at the myFM Centre! The Town of Renfrew hosts weekly games inside the arena’s gymnasium every Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. All skill levels welcome. $4.42 + tax for the three hour session. Register on the town’s website.
