Community Living Renfrew County South is reassuring the people they support as workers continue their strike action this week.
In a statement, CLRCS Executive Director Jennifer Lavallee says they are actively working to address uncertainty as workers picket outside their Renfrew office, adding that measures are in place to maintain essential supports and services.
CLRCS has been communicating directly with people and their families about how the strike may impact their programs and services and will respond promptly to concerns as they arise.
Lavallee also notes that CLRCS continues to be willing to negotiate with the union in good faith and remains committed to reaching a respectful resolution.
