Renfrew residents looking to do some spring cleaning in their yards will get the chance over the next few weeks.
Town staff will begin their spring leaf and yard waste collection alongside their garbage collection between Tuesday, April 21st, and Thursday, April 24th, accepting yard waste in biodegradable paper bags or in bound bundles no heavier than 50 pounds and no bigger than 1.5 metres in length or 0.6 meters in diameter.
Pick up will happen throughout the week, but might not coincide with your usual garbage and recycling pick-up day. Residents are asked to have their yard waste on the curb by 7:00 am on Tuesday.
Leaf and yard waste collection will continue over the weeks of May 5th-8th and May 19th and 22nd.
