On Saturday, April 18, Fresco’s will host the Annual Kendyl Smith-Trimm Caring for Kids CHEO fundraiser, bringing music and community spirit together in support of children receiving care at CHEO and their families.
The event is held in memory of eight-year-old Kendyl Smith-Trimm, who courageously battled osteosarcoma, according to organizers.
Kendyl’s mother, Carol Smith, says that Fresco’s has been very generous this year and is donating handsomely to the CHEO Endowment Fund:
The day-long event kicks off at noon with plenty of local talent providing music throughout the event, along with raffles and a 50/50 draw. Cheryl says the two programs that the funds are going to are critical to CHEO and will provide potentially life-saving services:
There is a whole roster of local bands on tap for the day and evening, so it’s really a musical “who’s who”:
Please reach out to Fresco’s to reserve your table ahead of time where possible at (613) 732–9725. See you there!
