It’s going to be an evening without power for some people in the Calabogie and Arnprior area. Hydro One says it doesn’t expect to be able to restore hydro to affected homes and business until about 11 o’clock tonight (Tuesday). There are over a hundred outages in the Calabogie area and about 75 in the Arnprior area. The outages came after high winds brought down trees and power lines across the region. Hydro One says if you come across downed power lines, or a tree limb on the lines call 9-1-1 right away and alert authorities.
