A Horton Township man is facing charges after local police were called to investigate a reported assault.
The Renfrew OPP says officers were sent to a call within the township at around 4:00 pm on Monday, February 16th.
As a result of their investigation, 66-year-old Robert Slemko has been arrested for two counts each of assault with a weapon, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and failing to comply with a probation order.
He would later be held for a bail hearing.
