Merv Warren, dressed up for the occasion, at the 1st annual Spring Fling at the Wing on Saturday March 2nd, 2024.
For the past two years Merv Warren has been organizing a grand party hosted at the Renfrew Wing.
The first two were a big hit with the locals so Warren has some fresh ideas for the upcoming version 3.0, including some local, live music.
Warren’s son met O’keefe, who hails from Thunder Bay, over the internet and this will be the first time they perform together.
Being a party for the whole community there is also some family-friendly fun so everyone can have a good time at the Wing.
There will also be a raffle for two tickets to the March 19 Sens v. Islanders game with parking included.
There is no entry fee, but Warren greatly appreciates any donations made by attendees which will be forwarded to Valley Animal Rescue and the Robbie Dean Centre.
He said he couldn’t thank his helping hands enough.
Doors open March 7 with the music starting at 7:00 p.m., located at the Renfrew Wing on Argyle St.
