TODAY: Boston Pizza Renfrew and Valley Animal Rescue will test your music knowledge this Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm with a special edition of MUSIC TRIVIA NIGHT, hosted by Chris Cooper of CCDJ Events! Teams of up to 6 can band together for prizes and bragging rights. $10 per person, with 100% of the proceeds supporting the foster-based rescue’s efforts to help animals in Renfrew and the surrounding area!
TODAY: Emmanuel United Church, 287 Harrington Street in Arnprior, will host a special Ash Wednesday service this evening starting at 7:00 pm. Ashes are imposed onto church-goers by making a sign of the cross on their forehead symbolizing mortality, repentance, and humility before God.
