Last weekend at the Renfrew Wolves and Kemptville 73’s matchup, the Renfrew Minor Hockey Association (RMHA) hosted its Monster Chuck-a-Puck.
It was not unlike previous Chuck-a-Puck events, but this puck chucking would be the grandest chucking of pucks there ever was.
There were more prizes to be won than ever before, and the kid who chucked their puck closest to the centre of the target got to take home an Xbox.
Zander was the lucky chucker that night, and today (Jan. 28) he dropped by the myFM offices to pick up his prize.
He already owns a PlayStation, so once he heard his name called at the end of the Chuck-a-puck, Zander couldn’t wait to get his hands on the new console.
Specifically, it’s an Xbox Series S which is able to play all the most modern Microsoft titles, including their exclusive games.
Zander said as soon as he gets home the Xbox is going straight to his bedroom.
Stay tuned with myFM to hear about upcoming Chuck-a-Pucks and other special events hosted by RMHA.
