Police in Renfrew say a pair of calls for help within the community managed to lead to charges laid by someone close to the caller twice within the span of 24 hours.
Officers were first sent to a local home dispute within town limits at around 7:00 pm on Monday, January 5th, eventually arresting one person involved for assault and two counts of mischief.
The following morning at around 11:00 am, police were sent back out into town for a family dispute, which saw a 64-year-old Renfrew resident charged for mischief.
Both of the suspects would be released ahead of court appearances in early February at the earliest.
