This morning (Jan. 15) the town of Renfrew announced Kelly Latendresse, director of community and recreational services and library CEO, will be leaving her role in the municipality effective Jan. 19 to take on a new position with the Ottawa Public Library.
Latendresse has more than a decade of experience with the town, also filling the role as acting chief administrative officer.
Mayor Tom Sidney thanked Latendresse for her years of service in a press release.
“On behalf of Council, staff, and the community, I thank Kelly for her many contributions and wish her continued success in this next chapter,” Sidney said, “she will be greatly missed in our organization.”
The town said internal staff will manage the department until a replacement is found.
