TOMORROW: Renfrew Victoria Hospitals presents Practical Caregiver training: A free 6-week workshop for unpaid caregivers taking care of someone with a serious illness. Practical training to make the caregiving experience safer & less stressful for you and the ones you care for. Six Modules including: Navigating the Healthcare System, Advance Care Planning, Mobility without Injury & Providing Personal Care, What to Expect at the End of Life, Funerals & Grief, Self-care & Communication. TOMORROW: Get active with friends at St. Joseph’s High School in Renfrew as they start their regular walking in the halls program tomorrow evening from 4-7. Get moving in a safe, climate controlled environment. Every Tues, Wed, and Thursday till April 30.
