Local police say an ATV rider was caught being a little too rowdy while rolling through the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation earlier this month.
The OPP pulled the ATV over for a traffic stop along Kokomis Road after the ATV was seen driving erratically and disobeying stop signs during the afternoon on Monday, January 5th.
Officers would conduct an investigation, including a roadside screening device, and it would eventually lead to charges for the 49-year-old driver, including stunt driving, driving without a license, and driving while under suspension.
The suspect was eventually released ahead of a court appearance in early February.
