The next Renfrew Minor Hockey night at the myFM Centre could be one for the history books.
Renfrew Minor Hockey Association President Jon Pole says they will be supersizing their weekly Chuck-a-Puck competition at the Renfrew Jr. A Wolves game on January 24th, joking that fans should keep the Guinness Book of World Records in the loop for when the pucks start flying during intermission.
The RMHA is welcoming families to drop by the arena and try their luck at the puck toss that Saturday, as kids will get in for free alongside a paying adult.
Pucks will be available for purchase for $5 each during the game, but Pole says that fans can also pick up pucks in advance from players on their favorite RMHA teams in hopes of splitting the pot 50/50 with them.
He adds that myFM will also be helping with the festivities that evening, supplying a ton of fantastic prizes that could be yours with as little effort as a quick snapshot on your phone.
The Renfrew Wolves will host the Kemptville 73’s that Renfrew Minor Hockey night on January 24th, with the puck dropping at 7:30 pm.
