Police in Renfrew want to remind you that their goal to end drunk driving does not start and stop at a holiday RIDE checkpoint.
The Renfrew OPP says a 66-year-old driver from Ottawa is now facing two drunk driving-related charges after officers responded to a single-vehicle crash along Calabogie Road in Greater Madawaska at around 1:00 pm on Friday, December 12th.
The driver was arrested but later released ahead of a court appearance scheduled in mid-January.
