The Township of Horton is saying to keep an eye out for falling trees throughout the area due to windy conditions.
Horton’s Public Works Manager, Adam Knapp, said there were more than five downed trees reported throughout the area.
Public works crews have been working constantly to keep the roads clear of debris.
Knapp said most of the trees were cleared by 1 p.m., but a few more have taken the tumble since, so keep an eye on the road for debris.
Due to the blustery conditions the township is reminding residents to secure loose items from flying around such as blue bins and garbage bins.
They also said to keep an eye out for public works crews as they continue to clear the roads.
