Police in North Algona-Wilberforce say a series of complaints on local roads has led to charges.
The OPP was first made aware of an erratic driver near the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation at around 4:30 pm back on November 17th before officers tracked the vehicle down along Highway 60 later that afternoon.
A traffic stop involving a roadside screening device would lead to a 50-year-old man from Bonnechere Valley being arrested on two counts of failing to stop at a stop sign and refusing to comply with a demand.
He has since been released from custody ahead of a court appearance in mid-December.
