The police blockade on Barnet Blvd. has reopened amidst an ongoing investigation.
OPP media relations said Renfrew OPP received a call shortly before noon about a disturbance and as a precaution police cordoned off the area.
Police said the matter was resolved just before 2 p.m., there is no threat to public safety, but the investigation remains ongoing.
One person was taken into custody without incident.
