On Thursday, Oct. 24, community members and businesses gathered to celebrate this year’s Pinnacle of Business Excellence Awards presented by the Renfrew and Area Chamber of Commerce.
There were 10 categories for nominations and the winners are as follows:
Young Entrepreneur of the year: Bloom & Beauty’s Rachel Youman
Youth Employee of the Year: Emily Carty, employee at Renfrew Golf Club
Employee of the Year: Ceallaigh Shaw, employee at Dentistry @ Renfrew
Breakout Business: pRAWper Pet Treats
Hospitality: Calabogie Motorsports Park
Lifetime Achievement: Tom Barr with Barr Sand and Gravel
Business of the Year: Renfrew/Ottawa West KOA
Chamber Member of the Year: Laurie Wichers-Schreur
BIA Member of the Years: Renfrew & District Food Bank
