Renfrew County’s Child Poverty Action Network is focusing on keeping kids warm this winter.
CPAN will be hosting Operation Snowsuit, their annual clothing drive and giveaway, which provides essential winter apparel for kids in need from infants up to 18 years old.
The community is welcome to donate their gently used or new items any time between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Friday, October 24th, at St. Joseph’s High School in Renfrew and Champlain Discovery Public School in Pembroke.
Families can then join CPAN at either location from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 25th, to get their kids fitted for and receive their new winter gear.
All items are first come, first served, and some items will be in limited supply.
