Renfrew could not have asked for a better chance to connect over a few brews along the downtown core.
The town celebrated its Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival with what program supervisor Janyne Fraser believes to be a record crowd enjoying the atmosphere around Low Square on Saturday as guests gathered to sample some of the best from area breweries and food trucks to live music from local musicians.
Fraser says careful planning from the town’s recreation team made for a perfect afternoon, with the choice to expand the festivities onto Railway Avenue allowing guests to stretch out and enjoy the moment under a full day of sublime weather.
While Fraser admits it will be hard for her team to outdo themselves come next year, planning is already underway to make the next Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival even better.
The town sends a big thank you to the many volunteers who made the event possible with their time, energy, and smiles.
