TODAY: Community members in Brudnell, Lyndoch, and Raglan are coming together this Saturday, September 20th, to put on a Benefit for Maya at Palmer Rapids Public School and the BLR Community Centre. Enjoy ball tournaments throughout the day, plus free poutine from the local fire department, live entertainment from the Riley New Band, raffles, draws, a dinner and dance, and more in support of a young girl from the community and her family.
TODAY: McNab/Braeside presents the Tour de Poutine this Saturday starting at 10:00 am at Red Pine Bay. Saddle up for 26KM of pedal power along our beautiful country roads… with poutine bragging rights at the finish line at Betty’s Chips $20 includes registration, poutine (provided by Betty’s Chips) and a drink. TOMORROW: The Renfrew Legion will host the Charlotte Coe Memorial Euchre Tournament this Sunday from 11:30 to 4:30 inside their branch clubhouse on Raglan Street. TOMORROW: The Arnprior and District Human Society is ready for one of the shelter’s biggest fundraisers of the year! The 2025 Walk-a-Thon! will be on start at 11:00am on Sunday September 21st at Robert Simpson Park. Registration will start as early as 11am and the main walk will begin at noon. There is a Little Doggie (2km) and Big Doggie (5km) trail option. Live entertainment, vendors and food, and prizes for the top fundraisers! Donations can be made online.
