If you’re like most people, after a long summer of work on the rehabilitation of County Road Two, you’re enjoying the new Daniel Street Speedway in Arnprior.
The bags covering the apparatus for the new PXO crosswalk at William Street come off on Monday, September 22nd, and the crossing is scheduled to be operational at that point.
Note that the William Street crossover is not only for pedestrians- but also allows for ATVs using the Algonquin Trail to negotiate the vehicular traffic.
It also eases egress for residents of Thomas Street South and the adjacent neighbourhood.
So please, condition yourself for this courtesy, effective Monday.
