TODAY: Come out on Friday September 19, from 4-7 at the Renfrew Wing in the lounge and sample homemade foods prepared by Ready Set Eat. $10 pp. have a sip and sample, shepherds pie, cabbage rolls, pork souvlaki, egg rolls, meatloaf, lasagna. Samples available until food runs out.50% of the proceeds go back to the Wing. Orders for individual meals can be ordered that night from Ready Set eat. Karaoke starts at 7:00. See you there!
TODAY: The 18th ANNUAL VICTIM SERVICES GOLF TOURNAMENT tees off at the Oaks of Cobden this Friday, September 19th. A four person scramble teeing off at noon, players will also be treated to a meal afterwards. TOMORROW: Community members in Brudnell, Lyndoch, and Raglan are coming together this Saturday, September 20th, to put on a Benefit for Maya at Palmer Rapids Public School and the BLR Community Centre. Enjoy ball tournaments throughout the day, plus free poutine from the local fire department, live entertainment from the Riley New Band, raffles, draws, a dinner and dance, and more in support of a young girl from the community and her family.
TOMORROW: McNab/Braeside presents the Tour de Poutine this Saturday starting at 10:00 am at Red Pine Bay. Saddle up for 26KM of pedal power along our beautiful country roads… with poutine bragging rights at the finish line at Betty’s Chips $20 includes registration, poutine (provided by Betty’s Chips) and a drink.
