Local police were on the hunt following word of a stolen vehicle rolling through Renfrew.
The Renfrew OPP say officers responded after they were handed a tip about a stolen vehicle at around 9:20 am on Friday, September 5th, doing an extensive patrol of the area they cover before locating the vehicle in question in Greater Madawaska.
A 34-year-old man from St. Eustache, Quebec, has since been held for bail on charges for possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, as well as possession of a Schedule 1 substance, and failing to comply with a probation order.
