Hospice Renfrew has achieved accreditation through an independent review process, scoring 97.8% on the basis of quality, safety, and accountability while demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in hospice palliative care, governance, and community service.
Executive Director Marjorie Joly says the high score reflects the hospice’s dedication to providing compassionate, person-centred care while ensuring the highest standards of practice, adding that “it reflects the incredible teamwork that allows us to deliver comfort, dignity, and support to residents and families at one of the most important times of life.
Hospice Renfrew provides 24/7 end-of-life care at no cost to residents and families, as well as bereavement and caregiver supports to the wider community.
