There’s been an armed robbery in Arnprior.
Just after midnight this morning (Wednesday September 10th) Renfrew OPP report that a lone man armed with a knife entered the convenience store on Madawaska Street and demanded money.
The individual fled with the cash on foot, heading eastbound.
He is described as approximately 5’10” (178 cm) tall and weighing 150 pounds (68 kg).
The thief was wearing a black and grey hoodie, a ball cap with a grey brim and a black face mask.
Although police tracked the individual with a canine unit he was not located, but evidence of the robbery was discovered in their search.
