Andress, a realtor with Royal LePage, has been managing every aspect of buying, selling, and renting properties across the Ottawa Valley since his family first came to Renfrew in 2012, ensuring that his clients are ready to for their next steps, whether it’s their first home, buying up or downsizing, or time to sell.
On top of matching their needs of his client to what’s available on the market, Andress notes that a big part of his job involves connecting clients to inspectors and mortgage brokers that can help the sales process go smoothly.
He’s also an active part of the community, not only through his position at Royal LePage but also through the local ringette league and the group advocating for a pool in Renfrew, something he credits to a desire to always leave the place where he lives better than how he found it.
