TODAY: McNab/Braeside township invite you to join Boot Camp with Paige Wood for a fun and supportive workout experience alongside friends and neighbours! Every Monday this September, Paige will help you build strength, improve mobility, and boost overall fitness, keeping you active and healthy. It’s perfect for all ages and fitness levels— no prior exercise or experience is needed. Meet at the Murray Yantha Centre each Monday at 6:00 pm. Find out more and register on the township’s website.
TOMORROW: Renfrew’s local Air Cadets Squadron is back with a new cadet open house this Tuesday at 7:00 pm inside 164 Argyle Street South. Prospective cadets and their parents can learn about Canada’s premier dynamic and active program for youth ages 12 to 18. Their cadets build self-confidence, meet new people, and travel for unique training experiences. You can even begin your registration to join in advance online.
TOMORROW: What’s better that doing hands-on crafting? Doing it with others! The Renfrew Public Library welcomes you to Craft and Connect, where you can chat away while you create something awesome (like painting, friendship bracelets, delicious treats, and collages!) every Tuesday night starting at 6:00pm. Registration for each session is required.
