It’s one of the most talked-about shows in Arnprior, the YouTube and Facebook antics of Bubba and Dwight- and Sunday is the debut of its second season.
Bubba tells us how it all came to pass.
They’re not popular with everyone; the pair have even been thrown in jail for being themselves.
In real life, Bubba and Dwight are Bruce Bidgood and Dwight Halpenny.
With 22 shows under their belt, Bubba and Dwight roll out the second season Sunday.
Dwight says Sunday’s show will be a retrospective, so that new fans can get up to speed.
The shows, or programs- are actually what used to be called “skits”, an ideal format for the 2020s.
Dwight gets confused at times- he’s not sure if you’re waving, “hullo”, or hailing his taxi.
Bruce Bidgood is what you’d call “producer”.
Bubba and Dwight is a canine-friendly creation.
