TODAY: The Downtown Renfrew BIA welcomes you to kick start your weekend with Music in the Square! Every Friday in July and August, the BIA will bring local artists and bands to Low Square, just outside Town Hall on Raglan Street! While you’re there, check out the Heart of Renfrew Market happening along Railroad Avenue. This week, Aerik Watson takes the stage from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Weather permitting.
TODAY: The Eganville and District Minor Hockey Association trades their sticks for clubs this Friday at the Pucks to Putters Golf Tournament! Tee off time at Whitetail Golf Club is at 12:30 pm, featuring great prizes, great times, and great food, all in support of local minor hockey.
TOMORROW: The Downtown Renfrew BIA’s Dog Days of Summer family event returns to Low Square this from 10 to 4 this Saturday, August 9th, promising a day of fun, games, food, and music, plus plenty of opportunity to spoil your furry friends with pet portraits from Melissa Case Photography, a cooling station with the Wizard of Pawz, and a pet-focused sidewalk sale featuring businesses up and down Raglan Street South. Also, enter your dog into a fun dog show, highlighting top pets in a number of categories.
TOMORROW: Who’s ready for a weekend full of fun, farming, and fantastic memories? The Valley Agricultural Festival welcomes you to 2473 Russett Drive in Arnprior this Saturday, August 9th! Take in everything from homecrafts to “mini” horsepower, baby animals to tractors, and toe-tapping tunes to tasty treats!
