There is a new person set to take over the town of Renfrew’s ledgers.
Town officials have announced that Andrew Hodge will take over as their new treasurer and director of finance and corporate services, effective next month.
In a statement, they explain that Hodge brings more than two decades of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on municipal finance since 2019, and comes with leadership experience thanks to past roles with the townships of Montague and Mississippi Mills.
They also note that his resume reflects a deep commitment to public service and sound financial management as he gets ready to take on a critical role in strengthening their financial and corporate services.
