The County of Renfrew’s emergency response teams worked together after a serious crash in Laurentian Valley.
Renfrew County’s Paramedic Services reports that they, alongside the OPP and the Laurentian Valley Fire Department, were on the scene of a four-vehicle collision near the corner of Pembroke Street East and Old Mill Road just before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 16th.
Five people would be treated and assessed on scene before paramedics took three patients, including one in serious but stable condition, to a local hospital for treatment.
The incident would require four paramedic teams, plus a community paramedic response unit, and two command units to resolve.
