Environment Canada’s tornado warning has ended. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in place for Renfrew County as conditions are favourable to create strong, potentially damaging gust of wind and locally torrential rainfall.

Environment Canada has issued a tornado warning for Eastern Ontario.
Extra care and attention should be exercised in and around the following localities: Petawawa, Pembroke and Cobden.
Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado.
Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.
