Students from Renfrew’s St. Joseph’s recently got a day in the life of our local first responders.
Youth in their Specialist High Skills Major program got the chance to work with members of the Renfrew Fire Department for an immersive hands-on training experience that provided a deeper understanding of the skills and knowledge essential to becoming a firefighter.
The Fire Department thanks St. Joes for allowing students to have the chance to foster a deeper appreciation for what they call a demanding and vital profession.
