We’re still waiting to learn final attendance numbers but one thing is certain – the inaugural Guitars & Gasoline music festival this weekend at Calabogie Motorsports Park was one for the books!
A host of legendary Canadian music icons, including The Trews, Blue Rodeo, Theory of a Deadman, The Headstones and Josh Ross, wowed the thousands in attendance Friday and Saturday of the event.
Camping, a second stage with local acts, kids’ activities, food and other vendors rounded out the weekend festival.
There was plenty of positive feedback and praise for organizers and the hundreds of volunteers who put the event together.
