TODAY: Caregiver Wellness Gatherings are specifically created for unpaid caregivers to take time and to be able to take care of yourself with help from Hospice Renfrew. These gatherings are a special time set aside once a month for unpaid caregivers to relax, socialize, enjoy some laughs, and to let you know that you are not alone. You are invited to participate in May’s wellness activity ~ Sound Bath with Diana @ Mystical Elements, this Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00. Limited to 12 attendees. TODAY:Greenlaw Farm, 2618 Burnstown Road, presents Goat Yoga with instructors Carly from Unite Your Soul Yoga and Kristy Brooks this Wednesday starting at 6:45 pm. Bring your mat and stretch out with the playful Greenlaw goats for $30 for monthly members or $35 for drop-ins. Part of the proceeds from each class will be donated to Valley Animal Rescue! TOMORROW: Community Living Renfrew County South continues celebrating Community Living month with a free Parking Lot BBQ this Thursday from 11:30 to 1:00 outside their office at 326 Raglan St S. Please RSVP to jtabar@clrcs.com by May 22nd.
TOMORROW: ConnectWell Community Health – Renfrew County host a resource fair this Thursday evening from 4:00 to 6:00 inside the Grace Lutheran Church, 14 Bonnechere St. West in Eganville. This event is for anyone in the community to get connected to free services. Browse 21+ different organizations attending, including employment, legal, parenting, and youth services, just to name a few! Walk-ins welcome!

The Renfrew Wolves will host a Skills and Drills Camp for 2005 to 2010 players starting May 21st, featuring 22 hours of Ice time Skills and Drills Program led By Assistant Coach of the Jr A Wolves and former D1 Defencemen Devin Campbell. Cost is $1,000 + tax per player. Sign up online.
Pickleball Drill Time takes place one hour before the weekly Friday pickleball session at the myFM Centre. Practice your serves, dinking, forehands, and backhands in a self-guided format, sharpening your skills before putting them to use in a game. Please note that this is an unsupervised session. Join them at the arena from 9:00 to 10:00am through the month of May. $2 per session for residents of Renfrew and the neighboring townships. Register online.
