The Ottawa Valley’s biggest party of the year returns to Renfrew’s myFM Centre next weekend.
Time is running out to be part of the myFM Friends in Low Places Block Party, featuring “Black Tie Affair— The Music of Garth Brooks” on the big stage inside the arena on Saturday, May 24th.
General Manager Bob Dillabough says tickets are flying fast as momentum continues to pick up for what is shaping up to be the perfect kickoff to summer.
The night promises a lot of fun for the community as friends and family gather to dance and sing along with the songs of one of the most influential country singers of all time, something Dillabough calls a perfect match for an event meant to deliver a little positivity during tough times.
Dillabough also dispelled one of the major rumours surrounding the event: despite the act’s name suggesting otherwise, you’re welcome to come dressed as you are in anything and everything from casual to formal, or even in the classic Canadian tuxedo.
Tickets are available online on a first-come-first-serve basis for $45 + tax. Tables and seating, as well as access to the VIP section, are also on sale by contacting Dillabough.
