TODAY: Renfrew Legion is hosting a fun darts night, on Friday, May 9 at 7pm. Fun Darts Blind Draw Doubles, registration fee is $5/player with registration from 6 to 6:45, and play starting at 7. All skill levels are welcome for a fun evening of darts!
TODAY: The Town of Renfrew invites you to a Seniors, Parents, and Tots Skate this Friday from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the myFM Centre on Pad #2. These exclusive time slots allow for a more casual experience that’s perfect for younger and elderly skaters, as well as for taking your tot along in a stroller. Don’t forget your helmet!
TOMORROW: Your friends at the Haley Station Firefighters Association are thrilled to announce the Roy Church Memorial Cornhole Tournament! Doubles tournament, Cost is $50/team, with prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. A portion of the day’s proceeds will be donated to a charity in Roy’s name. The Renfrew County 55+ Games return to Renfrew on May 15th, as the Opeongo Bowldrome hosts competitors from across the Ottawa Valley for the bowling event.
Pickleball Drill Time takes place one hour before the weekly Friday pickleball session at the myFM Centre. Practice your serves, dinking, forehands, and backhands in a self-guided format, sharpening your skills before putting them to use in a game. Please note that this is an unsupervised session. Join them at the arena from 9:00 to 10:00am through the month of May. $2 per session for residents of Renfrew and the neighboring townships. Register online.
