Rain or shine, community members from across the Ottawa Valley will be making plans to head to Renfrew’s myFM Centre this weekend.
The myFM Home, Cottage, and Leisure show will dominate the floor of the arena’s Deslaurier rink starting this Friday, May 2nd, featuring a cornucopia of vendors that showrunner Aline Stukart says is tailored to help you make the most of your summer.
Stukart says the event, which has become an annual tradition for vendors and customers alike, offers so many different ways to capitalize on your relaxation time that it can be overwhelming for first-time visitors.
It’s only natural, as businesses from across Renfrew County and beyond went as far as to knock on her door to save their spot earlier this year.
Not only will visitors have a chance to explore the latest in everything from renovations, cooking, and gardening to recreation, pools, boats, trips, and more, but they’ll also get the chance to secure their tickets to some of the biggest upcoming events of the summer.
Also in attendance will be a number of food trucks, perfect for a delicious break from walking the floor, and non-profit organizations such as Valley Animal Rescue, who will bring along some of their adorable adoptables for the occasion.
The myFM Home Cottage and Leisure show runs from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 2nd, and again from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3rd. Admission is free.
