The community used the weekend to put their money and support towards the Renfrew and District Food Bank, with a little help from the local Lions Club.
Renfrew Lions President James Johnston says they were able to collect countless food donations and $880 at the Renfrew Metro on Saturday, April 12th, with every contribution going towards supporting families in need within the community.
He also thanks the staff at Metro for their warm welcome and for helping them make the day a big success.
